About Julian and Mindy Coiner

Together, Julian and Mindy bring over 50 years of combined experience in real estate. Julian, as Principal Broker and Owner, offers extensive expertise in high-end residential and commercial sales, leasing, and development. He holds prestigious designations such as Graduate Residential Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)—a distinction held by only 3% of REALTORS®.

Mindy serves as the Transaction Coordinator, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for every client. Her attention to detail and organizational skills are critical to the team’s ability to provide top-tier service.

Julian’s background includes not only professional excellence but also service to his country. As a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, he was stationed in Germany, where he developed discipline, leadership, and a global perspective that continue to shape his approach to real estate. Julian served as the 2020 President of the Kauai Board of REALTORS®, previously was a board member for Kauai Habitat for Humanity, and the Kauai Lifeguard Association. With a shared passion for adventure, Julian is also an Ironman triathlete who enjoys hiking, swimming, surfing, and diving.

Julian is a master at his craft. Truly the 007 of real estate. After initially contacting him via email, he continued intermittent contact with us over a 5 month period. We arrived in Kauai with only a brief period to view, analyze and make an offer. Julian scheduled many condos for us to view within one day, provided brochures and key data elements/benefits.
